Overhead Utilities can be Undergrounded for many reasons:

The process is the same for these undergrounding Project. First, we obtain pole identifying numbers and determine which utility or utilities are using the pole. Then, we apply for undergrounding and begin with Edison/PG&E as the lead. Easements are determined, and factors of terrain, soils, improvements below, traffic, access, and outtages are evaluated.
