The Utility Consultant's job is not done until the utility is connected/energized near the end of your project. For some Consultants, the work ends when the Engineering is complete, but we don't think so. We have seen too many projects that are nearly complete, but waiting on power, or gas, or phone connection to test elevators. We can keep tabs on a project efficiently and push along the little things to ensure timely utility completion. Need meter applications filled out? We do that. Easements need to be perfected? Need someone to hound Edison each day in a polite but persistent way to get on the schedule? We can make that happen.

Easements

Easements are needed to allow utilities to cross some areas. We can help to identify those areas and manage the perfection of those easements with their associated legal descriptions and exhibits.
